How Do I Buy GoldSim?

You can purchase GoldSim using a Purchase Order or a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, or Discover). If you select to use a Purchase Order to purchase GoldSim, upon receipt of the Order we will send an Invoice, which can then be paid via check or wire transfer.

Is Support and Maintenance Included When I Purchase GoldSim?

When you purchase GoldSim software, you receive one year of Software Maintenance, entitling you to free software upgrades and Basic Technical Support. If you wish to continue to have access to new versions and technical support, Software Maintenance can be extended each year with payment of an annual fee.

Do You Provide Discounted Academic and Research Licenses?

Because we feel GoldSim is such a powerful and flexible tool, and because some of our best feedback and suggestions for improving GoldSim come from students, researchers, and teachers, we provide GoldSim to teachers and students at no cost, and to researchers at academic institutions at a significantly reduced price.

What is Your Refund Policy?

Due to the intangible nature of software, we do not provide refunds on software purchases. We do, however, provide free 30 day evaluation licenses prior to your purchase to allow you to determine if our software meets your needs. Evaluation licenses are fully functional, allowing you to evaluate all aspects of the software.
